With four shipping locations we can easily ship to you from the closest shop to save you time and shipping cost. You can now receive your kit sooner so you're flying hopefully by the weekend. Each shop is fully stocked in from trainers to advanced kites.
All kit purchases over $99.00 or more will now receive free shipping by either Canada Post or United States Postal Service.
Any kit that is not in-stock will now receive 10% off, please inquire before purchasing as an individual code will have to be generated during your checkout.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All returns must be approved once we receive the items and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will only accept returns providing that your return meets the following conditions:
•We do not accept exchanges for opened / used merchandise.
•We cannot accept returns for tampered items or evidence of alteration.
•There is a 15% restocking/disposal fee for all returned items.
•Approved returns will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping fees, and disqualified quantity, percentage, or shipping discounts. Any discounts disqualified by the returned item(s) will be deducted from the purchase price of the item(s) returned. (i.e. Orders with free shipping discounts will be charged the shipping fee if item(s) returned disqualifies the order for discount requirements.)
•Returns must include a print out of the receipt or invoice and include the Reason for Return.
•We are not responsible for lost packages in the mailing system. Please use a traceable shipping.

Q: I placed my order, and its been later than the estimated shipping time?
A: We try out best to ship the same day, however due to purchases made on Fridays, shipments can not go out until Monday. Should there be a delay with shipping, we will contact you by email or phone.

Q: I don't feel comfortable ordering online, is there any other way to place an order?
A: Yes, we have several methods, you can order your items by phone, email as well.
Q: I went on the site, and couldnt find what I was looking for, can you still get it?
A: Small items aren't normally listed on the website, however if you're looking for something that is not listed or a replacement item. 99% of the time we have instock, and if not it can be ordered for you. We work together with various manufactures and distributors even brands we don't carry we can still obtain the product item for you.
